Rezultate importante pentru sportivii handbaliști de la Colegiul “Sadoveanu”, din Pașcani, care au bifat cu brio competiția interjudețeană în memoria antrenorului ieșean, Iulian Hatură.
Echipele din municipiu, antrenate de către profesorul Radu Manoliu, au participat, și de această dată, la concursul, ce reunește an de an, echipe din mai multe județe ale țării.
Astfel, echipa de handbal băieți a ieșit fruntașă, obținând binemeritatul loc I, fiind astfel, cei mai buni dintre cei buni. Nici fetele nu au trecut neobservate, reușind să ocupe al treilea podium.
Totodată, pășcănenii s-au întors acasă cu două titluri importante, și anume, titlul de golgheter – ce i-a revenit Dariei Afloarei și titlul de cel mai bun jucător tehnic, obținut de către Sebastian Boca.
Menționăm că această competiție a fost organizată de către Colegiul Tehnic de Transporturi si Construcții Iași, în parteneriat cu Direcția Județeană pentru Sport și Tineret, Inspectoratul Școlar și Colegiul Tehnic “Ion Holban”.
Este un eveniment aflat la a XIV-a ediție, creat și perpetuat în memoria antrenorului de handbal, Iulian “Puiu” Hatură, ce s-a stins din viață, în 2001, la vârsta de 58 de ani.
